About the Role

Ecopmin Technologies is looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead ERP implementation across manufacturing, production planning, purchase, inventory, costing, finance, quality, sales and other business functions.

The ideal candidate should have strong manufacturing-process knowledge and proven experience managing end-to-end ERP implementation projects, from requirement gathering through go-live and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, configuration and deployment.
• Gather business requirements and conduct process mapping and GAP analysis.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, production, purchase, inventory, finance, quality, sales and HR teams.
• Manage BOM, MRP, production planning, inventory control and costing requirements.
• Oversee master-data preparation, data migration, system integration and UAT.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors, consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, issues and implementation milestones.
• Conduct user training, support change management and ensure smooth go-live.
• Monitor system performance and coordinate post-go-live support and improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–12 years of total professional experience.
• At least 5 years of ERP implementation or project management experience.
• Experience in manufacturing ERP implementation is highly preferred.
• Proven involvement in at least 1–2 complete ERP implementation projects.
• Knowledge of production planning, BOM, routing, MRP, procurement, inventory, costing, finance and quality processes.
• Understanding of data migration, UAT, reporting, system configuration and integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management, vendor coordination, risk management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; Power BI, SQL and API/integration knowledge are added advantages.

Preferred ERP Platforms & Certifications

• SAP S/4HANA and SAP Activate methodology.
• Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory or Zoho CRM.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or relevant ERP implementation certifications.
