We're looking for a dynamic and commercially focused Project Manager to lead the implementation and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central , driving business change and operational excellence across our organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

As our ERP Project Manager, you'll take ownership of the complete project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery from concept through to go-live and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations and transformation programmes

✅ Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, governance, risks, and resources

✅ Oversee data migration, integrations, testing, training, change management, and cutover activities

✅ Build and maintain detailed project plans across multiple workstreams

✅ Engage and influence senior stakeholders, project sponsors, and third-party delivery partners

✅ Drive collaboration across consultants, developers, architects, business analysts, and change teams

✅ Provide clear and concise executive-level reporting and project updates

✅ Ensure successful user adoption, business readiness, and operational handover

✅ Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

✔ Significant experience delivering ERP implementation projects

✔ Proven success managing end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics programmes or equivalent enterprise ERP solutions

✔ Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

✔ Expertise in managing integrations, data migration, testing, and go-live activities

✔ Excellent stakeholder management across business and technology functions

✔ Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments

Technical Knowledge

Ideally, you'll have experience with:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Dynamics NAV, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and/or Supply Chain Management
• Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service and Field Service
• Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate & Power BI)
• Enterprise integrations, APIs, reporting and data migration
• Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project or similar project management tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline
