ERP Project Manager/Implementation Consultant

About the role

This is a full lifecycle project management role for Kingdee ERP projects, covering project planning, blueprint design, implementation, customization, testing, risk mitigation planning, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You will lead the implementation and delivery of ERP projects, including business research, solution drafting, and development of business solutions that meet customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full lifecycle project management of Kingdee ERP projects, covering project planning, blueprint design, implementation, customization, testing, risk mitigation planning, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Conduct regular progress review meetings and produce detailed progress reports to keep management informed on project status, risks, and issues
• Control and ensure project quality to guarantee successful delivery and smooth go-live; be fully responsible for risk management, with the ability to identify, eliminate, and mitigate project risks in advance
• Lead the implementation and delivery of ERP projects, including business research, solution drafting, and development of business solutions that meet customer requirements
• Manage project execution by assigning tasks, mentoring team members, monitoring progress, ensuring quality, and providing comprehensive oversight throughout the project lifecycle
• Organize and maintain project documentation, extract key insights, develop case studies, and share best practices with the team

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP project management with a strong track record of successful deliveries
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
• Solid understanding of ERP systems and project management methodologies; ERP product knowledge is strongly preferred
• Experience in application system requirements analysis, system design, and system deployment is a plus
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to motivate teams to proactively address and resolve issues
• Excellent organizational skills, including strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Demonstrated ability to manage project risks and ensure successful delivery
