ERP Service Engineer(84880) (MJ000172)

该职位来源于猎聘 Mission： You will be a member of ERP Solutions team; it’s a part of a global organization delivering ERP system support (current system is M3) to our internal Epiroc users within our business area. You will be starting from supporting basic events in team, step by step to build more knowledge in supply chain and service area. Specific Areas of Responsibility：

• Receive incidents from users by phone and email in daily work, dispatch incident to the right support resource to solve the issue, Monitor the incident and make sure it have progress with the correct assignee, make sure we have the correct priority on the incident
• Handle user set-up and access request from ServiceNow
• Monitoring system environment (job, message, EDI, MEC…)
• Build knowledge and help solve incident in supply chain and service area, work with support resources, external consultant, and other cross functional department to help user to solve problem
• Good communication skill
• Documentation

Hiring Qualification: Education:

BSc. in computer science or information system area and two years of working experience is required. If you have experience in ERP, and are very interested in ERP area, very welcome to us. Skills / Knowledge / Experience:

• Good command in English is required or/and strong ambition to learn.
• Have working experience in ERP system or have overall understanding about ERP system
• Know about workflows/processes in production or logistic company (Supply chain, Service)
• Having support or service desk background/experience is preferable, or very interesting in ERP support area
