ERP Solution Consultant (Pre-Sales)

About the role

As an ERP Solutions Consultant (Pre-Sales) at Joysail, you will be the problem detective, engaging customers to understand their business operations, identify pain points and uncover opportunities where ERP can help. You will speak the language of business, understanding workflows across accounting, finance, purchasing, sales, inventory and operations. You will work with the sales team to recommend suitable ERP solutions based on customer needs and business requirements, support product demonstrations and presentations, and gather customer requirements to prepare solution proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand their business operations, identify pain points and uncover opportunities where ERP can help
• Understand workflows across accounting, finance, purchasing, sales, inventory and operations
• Work with the sales team to recommend suitable ERP solutions based on customer needs and business requirements
• Support product demonstrations and presentations, showing customers how ERP features can address their day-to-day challenges
• Gather customer requirements, prepare solution proposals and work with ERP vendors or partners to address functional questions and support the sales process

About you

• Ideally 3+ years of experience in ERP, ERP functional consulting, business applications or ERP pre-sales
• Good understanding of ERP systems and common business processes
• Able to identify operational pain points and translate them into practical ERP solutions
• Comfortable engaging customers, presenting ideas and conducting product demonstrations
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, curious and willing to learn new products and technologies
• You must already have the legal right to work in Singapore
