ERP Solution Development Specialist

Position : ERP Solution Development Specialist (Fix term Contract 2 Years)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SAP Technical Objects, including Reports, Forms, Enhancements, ABAP Objects, BAPIs, BADIs, RFCs, IDocs, User Exits, and ABAP CDS, as well as other related SAP technologies.
• Design, develop, enhance, and support SAP Technical Development solutions in accordance with business requirements and organizational standards.
• Analyze user requirements and design appropriate Technical Solutions in collaboration with Functional Consultants, Business Users, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and review Technical Specifications, Technical Designs, and development-related documentation in compliance with organizational standards.
• Coordinate with Functional Consultants, Business Users, Infrastructure, Basis, Security, Vendors, and other relevant teams to support system development, testing, and deployment.
• Perform and support Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, Cutover, and Go-Live activities, including issue resolution throughout each phase of the project.
• Analyze and resolve Production Support issues, including conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Support SAP Implementation, Upgrade, Migration, and Digital Transformation projects.
• Analyze and improve system and application performance, including Performance Tuning, Integration Monitoring, and Technical Optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, MIS, or a related field.

Experience

• At least 4 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development, covering Reports, Forms, Enhancements, and Interfaces.
• Experience in at least one SAP Full-Cycle Implementation project, with involvement from Design and Development through Testing and Go-Live.
• Strong skills in analyzing, designing, developing, and troubleshooting SAP Technical Development and System Integration solutions.
• Strong teamwork, coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with relevant stakeholders
