Job Summary

We are seeking an ERP Support Analyst to support manufacturing business systems and day-to-day IT operations at our Orchard Park, NY facility. This role will focus on troubleshooting ERP issues, managing system access and configurations, maintaining accurate data, supporting reporting, training users, and improving business workflows. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting ERP, MRP, MES, or similar business applications, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Experience with DELMIAWorks/IQMS is a plus but not required. The position also includes basic onsite IT support for Windows computers, hardware, and Microsoft 365.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Approximately 2–5 years of experience supporting ERP, MRP, MES, or business applications.
• Experience with application troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, user administration, and system support.
• Working knowledge of Windows PCs, computer hardware, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, including production, inventory, purchasing, and order management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to train users, maintain technical documentation, and collaborate across departments.
• Familiarity with ERP reporting tools, SQL, Crystal Reports, or Power BI is a plus.
• Experience with DELMIAWorks/IQMS or other manufacturing ERP systems is preferred.
• Degree in IT, Information Systems, Business Systems, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Blasdell, NY.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
