About the position:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly analytical professional to support and improve our ERP system. This role combines ERP support and business analysis , requiring the ability to investigate issues deeply, understand business processes, and identify effective solutions.

The position involves diagnosing incidents, analyzing system behavior, and translating business needs into clear requirements for the development team.

We are looking for someone with strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and a systematic approach - someone who does not stop at surface-level answers but strives to identify the root cause of problems.

About the position:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly analytical professional to support and improve our ERP system, with a strong focus on business analysis, root-cause investigation, and technical leadership. This role requires deep diagnostic skills, understanding of business processes, and the ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements for the development team — while also guiding the support specialist on the team and setting the technical direction for ERP-related work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze system errors, incidents, and non-standard operational cases in depth.
  • Conduct root-cause investigation of complex issues, determining impact and possible solutions.
  • Analyze business processes and how they are reflected in the ERP system.
  • Prepare clear technical requirements and task descriptions for the development team.
  • Collaborate with developers during implementation of fixes and improvements.
  • Test bug fixes and newly implemented functionality.
  • Document processes, solutions, and system changes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and ERP system efficiency.
  • Act as the technical point of reference for the support specialist, reviewing escalated cases and providing guidance on complex diagnostics.
  • Prioritize and structure the incident/task backlog, deciding what gets escalated to development vs. resolved internally.
  • Mentor the support specialist on root-cause analysis techniques and ERP domain knowledge.
  • Own the quality of documentation and knowledge-sharing practices across the small ERP support team.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with ERP systems (support, implementation, or administration).
  • Understanding of key business processes: finance, sales, logistics, procurement, or operations.
  • Strong analytical mindset and structured approach to problem-solving; ability to identify root causes, not just symptoms.
  • Business analysis skills: requirements gathering, process description, technical documentation.
  • Ability to work with business users and translate requests into technical requirements for developers.
  • High attention to detail and a methodical working style.
  • Prior experience mentoring, coordinating, or informally leading a colleague or small team is a plus.
  • Comfortable taking ownership of decisions and setting priorities for a small support function.

Personal Qualities:

  • Curiosity and a deep investigative mindset.
  • Strong logical and structured thinking.
  • Persistence and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, results-oriented attitude.
  • Natural mentor: patient in explaining reasoning, comfortable delegating and reviewing others' work.

We offer:

  • Competitive salary package and motivation scheme;
  • Opportunity to work for a financially strong, fast-growing multinational company;
  • Constant interaction with global teams of professionals;
  • Access to continuous professional development: training, certification programs, events, and team buildings;
  • Life events’ gifts, corporate presents and awards, years of service bonuses;
  • Special prices for the Company products.

We are on a mission to bring technology to everyone and are looking for new colleagues. Are you the one? Apply now.
