What they need
Responsibility
Track support requests & monitor ERP performance.
Respond to IT-related complaints and provide support to end-users.
Participate in project development.
Create/Update technical documentation & reports.
Any other task that is assigned by the superior.
Assist with WMS and POS systems troubleshoot.
Monitor integrations with WMS, POS, EDI & e-Invoicing portals.
Perform server maintenance.
Requirement
- Degree in Information technology, Computer Science / equivalent.
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in IT support and administration.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Computer Hardware and Network.
- Possess own transport and able to travel to site offices for support whenever necessary.
- Able to work after office hours or weekend duties whenever necessary.
- Good communication skills in English and Malay (verbal and writing).
