Role & responsibilities
- Good knowledge of ERP software and business processes.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP workflows.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact with users from different departments and understand their requirements.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with ERP vendors and technical teams.
- Knowledge of SQL/database concepts will be an added advantage.
