Erp Support Executive

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for end-users seeking assistance with the in-house ERP, addressing user queries on system functionality, navigation, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with both Business/Ops and Development teams to ensure effective communication and understanding of user requirements.
• Provide demos and training to end users as and when required.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, providing timely resolution and ensuring minimal disruption to operations, and escalate defects to the development team with clear reproduction steps.
• Document detailed requirements gathered from business users regarding application functionality. Good communication and documentation skills are essential.
• Adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
• Keep abreast of new features and enhancements released to the in-house ERP, and support user adoption of each release.
• Generate reports from the in-house ERP and share them with stakeholders. MS Office knowledge is essential.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any stream. However, a degree in information technology, computer science, or a similar field will be an added advantage.
• At least one year's experience in a technical support role in a related industry preferred.
• Great organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with ERP concepts and business processes will be considered a significant advantage. As our ERP is built in-house, experience with a specific commercial ERP product is not required.
