ERP Support Manager

ERP Support Manager – Drinks FMCG Business – Southwest London – Up to £40,000 plus package

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive ERP Operations & Systems Support Manager to support the effective running and ongoing development of a business-critical ERP system. Working closely with an experienced senior systems lead and teams across Finance, Operations, Sales and Marketing, you’ll help maintain accurate system data, improve processes, support the implementation of additional system functionality and ensure business information is reliable and up to date.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, good IT knowledge and a genuine curiosity for solving problems to develop their systems and operational experience within a growing business.

This role will be 5 days per week in the West London office.

ERP Support Manager responsibilities include:

• Maintain and review ERP system data, ensuring accuracy, investigating anomalies and liaising with colleagues to resolve discrepancies.
• Work with the senior systems lead to review processes, identify improvements and develop practical solutions to issues raised by system users.
• Gather and assess user requirements for new system modules and functionality, helping ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Collaborate with teams across Operations, Finance, Sales and Marketing to keep system information current, including customer orders, shipping dates and stock movements.
• Carry out regular reconciliations of financial and operational data to support accurate business reporting.
• Analyse raw data and produce ad hoc insights to support commercial, operational and financial decision-making.

The Ideal Support Manager candidate:

• Experience in data entry and working with software systems.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and in person.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
• A logical, critical-thinking approach and the creativity to identify practical solutions.
• A proactive and inquisitive mindset, with the confidence to investigate issues and follow them through to resolution.
• Good general IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ideally, at least one year of experience in a similar systems support, data or operations-focused role.
