Erp System Support Executive - BTS2627

Position: ERP Systems Support & Development Executive/Consultant

Experience: 2-5 yrs

Age: Upto 30 Yrs

CTC: 30K 50 K. Negotiable for right candidate.

Location – Thane , Wagle Estate.

We are a manufacturing company, extensively using ERP software named “ERP Next”

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and modify reports, print formats and dashboards.
• Maintain ERP documentation.
• Support day-to-day ERPNext users.
• Create users, roles and permissions.
• Import/export data using Excel.
• Troubleshoot user issues.
• Coordinate with ERPNext implementation partner for major changes.
• Test changes before deployment.
• Implement HR Module

General IT

• Maintain IT asset register.
• Coordinate vendors and AMCs.
• Manage email accounts.
• Follow basic cybersecurity practices.
• Maintain UPS and server health (if applicable).

Required Skills

• ERPNext (preferred) or willingness to learn.
• Basic SQL.
• Basic Python.
• Basic HTML/CSS (good to have).
• Strong Documentation Skills
• CSV data import/export.
• Windows administration.
• Wi-Fi configuration.

Experience Ect.

• 2–5 years preferred.
• B.Sc/M.Sc./B.E./B.Tech in Computer/IT.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Female Preferred
• Age upto 30 years
• Residing Thane or Nearby

• Patient with end users.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to learn ERPNext.
• Good documentation habits.
• Ability to prioritize support requests.
• Honest and dependable.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• ERPNext customization.
• Basic Linux commands.
• Database backup and restore.
• Barcode printers and scanners.
• Power BI or Excel dashboards.
• Basic scripting and automation.

Indicative Salary

• Candidates with strong ERPNext and infrastructure skills may command higher salaries.
• 30K-50K per month depending on experience
