About You To be successful, you'll have:

  • 2–3 years' experience in helpdesk, application support or a related IT role
  • 1–2 years' hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server
  • 1–2 years' experience working with ERP systems

  • Confidence working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • A proactive mindset and genuine interest in continuous improvement

A Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Systems or equivalent is preferred.

Experience with Asana or Monday, ERP integrations, Microsoft Azure or BizTalk would be advantageous, as would knowledge of wholesale distribution or business functions such as Sales, Finance, Service or Supply Chain.

Why Join General Australia? General Australia’s Innovation team is focused on using technology to improve processes, support the business and create better ways of working.

This is an opportunity to do more than simply resolve IT tickets. You'll work across systems, people and processes, helping users get more from technology while contributing to improvements that can have a genuine impact across the business.
