Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced ERP Technical Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Oracle Database, SQL, and Oracle PL/SQL to support enterprise ERP application development and production operations.

The ideal candidate should have experience in application development, systems integration, production support, troubleshooting, and technical maintenance. Candidates with direct experience in CGI Advantage ERP 3.11 will be highly preferred.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role requiring the ability to independently develop, test, troubleshoot, and support enterprise ERP applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, test, and deploy custom ERP components, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Troubleshoot production issues, Java stack traces, application errors, batch failures, and Oracle database problems.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs, inbound/outbound interfaces, interface mappings, and ETL processes.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and Oracle PL/SQL objects, including data validation and performance tuning.
• Support middleware platforms, including JBoss and Oracle Middleware.
• Troubleshoot batch-processing jobs using Control-M or similar enterprise scheduling tools.
• Support application deployments, configurations, integrations, and production operations.
• Identify root causes of technical issues and implement appropriate corrective solutions.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure reliable ERP application performance.
• Use AI-assisted development tools and automation to improve development productivity and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise application development and support.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Oracle Database, SQL, and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Experience developing and supporting enterprise applications, system integrations, and REST APIs.
• Proven experience troubleshooting production issues in enterprise application environments.
• Experience supporting ERP applications in production environments.
• Good understanding of Java-based enterprise application architecture and database performance tuning.
• Ability to independently handle development, debugging, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience with CGI Advantage ERP 3.11.
• Experience with CGI Advantage HCM, Finance, and/or Budget modules.
• Knowledge of Pentaho Data Integration, ETL processes, XML/JSON data exchange, and interface mapping.
• Experience with JBoss, Oracle Middleware, Linux/Windows environments, Bash scripting, and PowerShell.
• Experience with Control-M or similar enterprise batch scheduling tools.
• Experience supporting large-scale public-sector ERP environments, implementations, migrations, upgrades, and production support.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT Enterprise.
• CGI Advantage, Oracle Java, or Oracle Database certifications are an added advantage.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
