ERP Technical Support

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Support the collection of data for updates, calculations, and configuration of compensation and benefits through the Foundation Tables. This includes gathering information from ICSC, UNDP, and One HR to assist HR Operations.
• Coordinate and communicate with Regional and Country Offices, as well as HRAU, to manage changes in the base source data for compensation and benefits.
• Compare previous and new data to track trends and updates, monitor changes in salary scales, and inform Regional and Country Offices to confirm implementation dates.
• Support the National HR Officer (ERP Solutions) in testing changes and collaborating with technical resources before deployment to production.
• Support in the update of the relevant tables to maintain accurate information on benefits and compensation (such as Post adjustment, R&R, Hardship, etc.) on the IOM intranet. Coordinate the annual updates in Premium Floors and Premium percentages for MSP and HI, communicating these updates to Regional and Country Offices, and working closely with National HR Officers (ERP Solutions) for deployment.
• Collect data and help update changes in National Social Security schemes with Regional and Country Offices when applicable.
• Receive and analyze requests for changes in work schedules, coordinating with National HR Officers (ERP Solutions) as needed.
• Troubleshooting end-user issues and providing superuser support for ERP system users is also part of the role.
• Contribute to testing and deployment of business scenarios, carry out unit and system tests, consolidate results, and secure approval for final implementation.
• Participation in user training, when needed.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• High School diploma with five years of relevant professional experience; or
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Public Administration, Human Resources Management, Finance or Accounting, Information Systems and Technology, or any Social Sciences field from an accredited academic institution with four years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in Human Resource Management ERP, including troubleshooting issues.
• Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications; experience in AI and Power BI is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including supervisors, managers, and end-users.
• Strong customer service orientation; focused on result for the clients.
• Responds positively to feedback.
• Ability to explain technical processes in a user-friendly language to nontechnical staff and end-users.
• Organizational skills; experience in issue-tracking system is an advantage.
• Problem-solving skills and creative thinking. Proven ability to manage user testing.

Pay: Up to Php35,000.00 per month
