ERPNext Executive

About the Role

We run our business workflows on ERPNext. We are looking for a hands-on ERPNext/Frappe professional who can turn business requirements into working customizations, coordinate with our external technical consultants, and train and support our ground teams so the system is used correctly every day.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomization & Development

• Understand business processes across departments and translate them into ERPNext configurations and custom solutions
• Build and maintain custom DocTypes, Custom Fields, Workflows, Client Scripts, Server Scripts, Print Formats, Script Reports, and Dashboards
• Set up role-based permissions, approval workflows, and automated notifications

Consultant Liaison & Implementation

• Act as the single point of contact between business users and our technical consultants
• Write clear functional requirement documents, and review consultants' work against them
• Plan and run UAT, manage go-live activities, and handle data migration and validation
• Track change requests, bugs, and version upgrades, and coordinate deployments

Training & Support

• Train ground-level users (stores, production, dispatch, accounts, sales) on ERPNext modules and workflows
• Create SOPs, user manuals, quick-reference guides, and training videos
• Provide first-line support: resolve user issues, identify root causes, and escalate technical problems to consultants with clear documentation
• Identify recurring errors and training gaps, and refine workflows to reduce them

Governance & Reporting

• Maintain data quality and master data discipline
• Build management reports and MIS dashboards
• Document all customizations and system changes

Required Skills & Experience

• Atleast 3 years of hands-on experience with ERPNext/Frappe
• Good understanding of Frappe/ERPNext architecture: DocTypes, Bench, permissions, and Jinja templating for print formats
• Solid functional knowledge of basic business processes
• Experience training non-technical users and handling support directly
• Written and verbal communication in English and Hindi

Good to Have

• Experience in manufacturing, mining, or process industries
• Experience with Frappe Cloud
• Frappe certification

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
