Key skills:
- Strong hands-on ERPNext / Frappe implementation experience
- Python, JavaScript, DocTypes, Workflows, Custom Apps Reports
- ERPNext Projects, Purchasing, Accounting, Inventory and CRM
- REST API / third-party integrations
- Data migration, roles/permissions and dashboards
- Git, Linux and basic ERPNext deployment experience
- Ability to understand business requirements and recommend standard ERPNext functionality vs. customization
Strong preference: Experience implementing ERPNext for construction, home building, real estate, or project-based businesses, including project/job costing, budgets, purchase orders, subcontractors/vendors, invoices and budget-vs-actual reporting.
