ERPNext Functional Consultant

We are looking for a skilled ERPNext Functional Consultant with a strong background in HRMS and CRM modules to assist our clients in optimizing their business processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding clients' needs, configuring ERP systems to align with business goals, providing training, and supporting post-implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis: Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and challenges within HRMS and CRM domains.
• Solution Design: Design and configure ERP solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of clients, ensuring seamless integration of HRMS and CRM modules.
• Implementation: Lead the implementation of HRMS and CRM modules, including system configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.
• Training: Provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of ERP systems by client teams.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and best practices.
• Support: Offer ongoing support to clients post-implementation, resolving issues, and optimizing system performance.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in ERP solutions, HRMS, and CRM modules, and suggest improvements to existing implementations.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional services or modules.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant, with a focus on HRMS and CRM modules.
• Proven experience in ERP systems such as ERPNext, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of Accounting, Finance and HR processes (payroll, benefits, attendance, performance management) and CRM functions (customer management, sales processes, marketing automation).
• Proficiency in system configuration, customization, and data migration within ERP systems.
• Familiarity with SQL, databases, and scripting languages is an advantage.
