ERPNext Implementation Specialist / Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• ERPNext Implementation & Customization: Lead the full-cycle deployment, setup, and configuration of ERPNext across all business units.
• Business Analysis & Process Mapping: Conduct discovery workshops with department leads (Accounts, HR, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales) to map operational workflows into ERPNext.
• Module Setup: Configure core ERPNext modules including Accounts, Stock/Warehouse, Procurement, Sales, HR & Payroll, and Assets.
• Customization & Workflows: Create custom DocTypes, client/server scripts, print formats, custom fields, and automated approval workflows within ERPNext.
• Data Migration: Cleanse, validate, and migrate legacy data into ERPNext via ETL imports.
• Integrations: Connect ERPNext with third-party tools, payment gateways, and external apps via REST APIs and webhooks.
• User Training & Support: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), create training documentation, and provide post-go-live hypercare support.

Requirements:

• Core Requirement: Must have proven, hands-on experience working specifically with ERPNext (architecture, configuration, and customization).
• Experience: 2–5 years of overall experience implementing and managing ERPNext in live production environments.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, MariaDB/MySQL, and HTML/CSS/Jinja2 (for ERPNext print formats).
• In-depth understanding of Frappe Bench, server configuration, and deployment on Frappe Cloud or Ubuntu.
• Functional Knowledge: Solid understanding of core accounting principles, inventory tracking, purchasing, sales cycles, and payroll processing within ERPNext.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
