Job Role

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in ERPNext/Frappe framework development. proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and Jinja templating.
• Expertise in Custom Script (Client Server-side), API integration, and Report building. Experience with BOM, Routing, Work Order, Subcontracting, and Production Planning modules, Quality.
• Customize and develop new features, reports, and modules in ERPNext based on manufacturing requirements. Create and modify custom scripts, Doctypes, and fields to streamline processes.
• Develop and integrate custom costing modules, subcontracting workflows, and BOM automation for manufacturing operations. Work on Frappe Framework, Python, JavaScript, Jinja, and REST APIs to enhance ERPNext functionality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into ERPNext solutions. Configure and customize ERPNext modules like Manufacturing, BOM, Work Order, Routing, Subcontracting, Inventory, and Costing.
• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth system adoption. Provide end-user training and documentation for newly implemented features.
• Assist in data migration, master data setup, and system integration with third-party applications. Support multi-company, multi-warehouse, and multi-level BOM structures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues in ERPNext. Work closely with business users, IT teams, and management to continuously improve ERPNext processes. Ensure compliance with best coding practices, security standards, and version upgrades.
• Experience in manufacturing, trading industry processes, including production planning, inventory control, costing, and subcontracting, quality, sales, purchase accounts. Knowledge of job operations, costing workflows, material consumption tracking, and waste calculation.
• Familiarity with database management (MariaDB/MySQL), Git, and version control. Ability to design and optimize multi level BOM structures. Understanding of accounting, purchase, and inventory modules in ERPNext.
