Errand Runner

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organized Runner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by providing essential support across various departments. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operational tasks by delivering documents, supplies, and messages promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting clients as needed.
• Maintain organized records of deliveries and communications to ensure efficient workflow.
• Support administrative staff with data entry tasks and manage schedules using Google Suite.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance overall productivity.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
• Act as a personal assistant when required, helping with various tasks to support management.

Qualifications

• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Suite and data entry.
• Previous experience in customer service or as a dental receptionist is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
• Experience as a clerk or in similar roles is an advantage.
