Error Management

该职位来源于猎聘 Main Responsibilities:

• Error management of practical vehicle testing, including static function testing and dynamic function testing; carry out dynamic testing across the Chinese mainland during national road tests; perform testing on both Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) vehicles and Electric Vehicles (EV).
• Documentation of abnormal behavior in specified IT systems such as KPM and Alpos.
• Planning test activities in daily shift driving
• Supporting planning test activities in China wide road tests.
• Carrying out dynamic testing in whole China mainland during China Road Tests.
• Planning and offering technical training to JV partner departments when necessary
• Planning SW and HW updates for JV partners, deliver SW via compliance channel to JV
• partner departments
• Collecting KPM tickets from JV partner departments and filter them by quality
• Carry out error pre-analysis when necessary
• Follow up the KPM tickets until closure. Push developers to analyze the tickets in time and
• escalate once the ticket handling process is stuck or ticket not accepted by C/EV-V.
• Supporting new testing car register process, including FBU and CKD.
• Generating ticket reports based on the input from raw data. Ticket reports include but are not limited to pptx, excel worksheets, Power BI reports.
• Working together with customers to find correct main system leads and build up a matrix of FO/BTV/FPV, who can accept and analyze KPM tickets. Maintaining this dynamic matrix and distributing among stakeholders under customer’s compliance regulations.
• Coordinating regular working level TCB(Ticket control boarding) meetings with testers/EM from JV and developers. Make sure the corresponding developers are pre-informed about the topics and correct developers join the meeting.
• Updating simple KPM ticket fields during the meeting with alignments between stakeholders, such as problem groups, E-projects. Tagging the tickets with different labels according to alignments among stakeholders.
• Coordinating regular top management level TCB meetings with JVs and developers. Make sure the presenters are informed in advance and the top management of stakeholders are well informed.
• Presentation of ticket reports, top issues at different levels of meetings.

Qualification: Location:

Beijing

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic and Information Engineering, Automation, Computer Science and Technology or related majors.
• More than 2 years of work experience in automotive infotainment system or in-vehicle electronic system testing; familiar with the architecture and working principle of in-vehicle infotainment systems; deep knowledge of KPM system and the entire vehicle development process
• Vehicle driving license
• Master test case design methods, have the ability to independently compile test schemes and test cases; priority will be given to those familiar with common test tools (such as CANoe/CANalyzer, Vector Test Weaver, log analysis tools, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong cross-departmental coordination ability, teamwork spirit and cooperation skills; good assertion ability.
• Willing to learn, detail-oriented, with strong sense of responsibility, endurance and abstraction ability.
• Willing to travel for work; open-minded, especially receptive to intercultural differences.
• Excellent Chinese and English skills (both written and spoken); German language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
• Understand relevant automotive industry laws, regulations and standards (such as ISO 26262 functional safety), and be familiar with relevant technical specifications of infotainment systems.
