Handle customer complaints and escalations, track cases within SLAs, conduct root cause analysis, coordinate with SVC teams for resolution, communicate updates to customers, monitor escalation trends, NSS and resolution metrics.
Required Candidate profile
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Commerce or related field with 2–5 years of complaint handling, customer service or escalation experience.Strong communication,problem-solving,CRM/WMS
