Escape Room Game Host

Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Escape Room Game Host to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience by guiding players through immersive escape room adventures. This role requires a friendly demeanour, a passion for hospitality and guest services. The Game Host will ensure that all participants enjoy their experience from start to finish while maintaining the safety and organisation of the venue.

Duties

• Welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and professional introduction to the escape room experience
• Explain game rules, objectives, and safety procedures clearly to participants
• Monitor gameplay discreetly to ensure safety and fair play throughout the session
• Assist guests with any questions or technical issues during their escape room adventure
• Manage bookings, scheduling, and guest flow to optimise operational efficiency
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the escape rooms and communal areas
• Handle guest feedback professionally, addressing concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Support promotional activities and special events as required

Requirements

• Previous experience in management, hospitality, or guest services is desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable manner
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings and schedules effectively
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle unforeseen situations with professionalism
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or special event days as needed
• Basic technical aptitude to troubleshoot minor issues within the escape rooms

Pay: £8.00-£12.75 per hour
