Escrow Assistant

Job Summary

Fidelity National Title – The Baker Firm is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Escrow Assistant to support our escrow team throughout the real estate closing process. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and help ensure smooth and timely closings for buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders.

Responsibilities

• Assist escrow officers with residential and commercial real estate transactions
• Open new title orders and maintain transaction files
• Order payoffs, surveys, HOA information, and other closing-related documents
• Communicate with Realtors, lenders, buyers, sellers, and attorneys
• Prepare closing packages and review documents for accuracy
• Schedule closings and coordinate with all parties involved
• Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service
• Assist with post-closing duties and file management
• Maintain compliance with company policies and Texas title insurance regulations

Qualifications

• Previous title, escrow, mortgage, real estate, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Bilingual is a plus but not required
• Experience with title software is a plus

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
