Escrow Processor

Job Overview
We are seeking a Processor with at least 2 years experience with a Title Company. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in processing a closing disclosure or HUD, title commitment, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review and process title search and commitments.
• Collaborate with realtors and investors to gather necessary documentation from clients.
• Execute title and processing functions as needed, including closing disclosure or HUD, title documents, recordings, loan documents and disbursing files.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, underwriting standards, industry guidelines, and company policies, best practices when making decisions and performing duties.
• Coordinate, schedule and manage all aspects of customer closings through mail, email and phone, ensuring seamless communication and execution.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of title processing, such as ordering payoffs, HOA status letters, closing statements, HUD settlement statements and liens.
• Experience working with realtors, loan processors, loan officers and understanding their processes.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with clients and team members.
