Escrow Processor/Funder

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and deadline-driven Escrow Processor/Funder who will be responsible for managing the funding process of real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will be familiar with escrow and basic accounting procedures and will work closely with escrow officers, lenders, Realtors and clients to ensure timely and compliant funding following closings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review escrow closing instructions to ensure all conditions are met prior to funding. Ensure compliance with company policies and lender requirements.
• Coordinate wire transfers and disbursements in accordance with settlement statements. Pay outstanding invoices and disburse commission checks.
• Process Earnest Money deposits.
• Communicate with lenders, buyers, sellers, and agents to resolve outstanding funding issues.
• Accurately record and track all disbursements and post-closing documentation.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date escrow files throughout the funding process.

Requirements:

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECK!

• 2+ years of experience in escrow, accounting, bookkeeping, mortgage lending, or related field. Experience in title insurance preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with a customer service mindset.
• Must work well under pressure.
• Must be able to work a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm in-office schedule. Reliable and consistent attendance is essential for this role
