- 為客戶提供全面優質的熱線服務，解答電話、電郵及/或即時通訊等多平台的諮詢
- 把客戶諮詢及銷售等資料輸入系統
資歷
- 香港中學文憑考試/會考或以上程度
- 能操流利廣東話及一般英語與普通話
- 懂基本電腦操作，包括中英文打字
- 具備良好溝通、寫作及解決問題的技巧
- 歡迎應屆畢業生或無經驗者申請，公司將提供專業培訓

工作時間
