ESG Engineer /Assistant Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Handle all ESG and sustainability activities.
• Good understanding of ESG, sustainability, EHS, and environmental compliance.
• Knowledge of environmental legislation and regulatory requirements applicable to the industry.
• Understanding of GHG accounting and carbon-footprint concepts.
• Experience in ESG data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong MS Excel skills; Power BI/dashboarding knowledge will be an advantage.
• Good audit, documentation, and compliance-management skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external auditors/consultants.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Maintain evidence and documentation required for ESG audits and customer assessments.
• Coordinate with HR and other functions on ESG-related social indicators.
• Support monitoring of occupational health & safety performance.
• Support calculation and monitoring of Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions and, where applicable, Scope 3 emissions.
