Especialista Full Stack (Java e React)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Especialista Full Stack (Java e React) based in Brazil. This role offers the opportunity to serve as a key technical reference on a strategic digital payments project.

You will help shape the architecture connecting digital channels, tokenization services, and digital wallets.

The position combines hands-on full stack development with architecture, security, and complex integrations.

You will work across both backend and frontend environments, ensuring technical consistency across different solution areas.

The role operates in a high-scale, highly governed environment where security, reliability, and sustainability are critical.

You will influence technical decisions, establish standards, and support the team in delivering robust solutions aligned with business needs.

Accountabilities

• Act as the technical reference for the project, providing guidance on architecture, development practices, and key technical decisions across the solution.
• Design the architecture for integrations with digital wallets and the tokenization pipeline with MDES, ensuring secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Work across backend and frontend development, maintaining technical coherence between digital channels and new integrations.
• Define and maintain technical standards, contribute to code reviews, and support the team in resolving complex engineering challenges.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), and detailed integration specifications.
• Collaborate across different technical workstreams to ensure integrations, security requirements, and architectural decisions remain aligned throughout the project.
• Contribute to CI/CD practices and the evolution of solutions within highly governed cloud or on-premise environments.

Requirements

• Solid professional experience with Java and Spring Boot in microservices architectures, including solution design and API contract definition.
• Strong experience with web frontend development using React, Angular, or a similar framework, including embedded journeys running through WebView within native applications.
• Advanced knowledge of integration security, including mTLS, JWE/JWS payload encryption, and the management of keys and digital certificates.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality technical documentation, such as architecture diagrams, ADRs, and integration specifications.
• Experience acting as a technical reference for engineering teams, participating in code reviews, defining development standards, and guiding technical decisions.
• Experience with corporate CI/CD pipelines and cloud or on-premise environments operating under high levels of governance.
• Experience with MDES, VTS, or other card-network tokenization services is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of end-to-end digital wallet provisioning flows, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay, from the application layer through to the issuer.
• Previous experience working with card processors, card issuers, or the broader payments ecosystem is desirable.
• Experience in banks or other regulated financial institutions is considered a plus.
