What they need

Not Your Average Technician Role.

Do you enjoy working with your hands?

Do you get satisfaction from diagnosing problems, improving equipment, and making sure machines are performing perfectly before they leave the workshop?

Are you the type of person who wants to understand how commercial espresso machines work, rather than spending all day moving boxes?

And how does a three-day weekend, every single week sound?

If that sounds like your kind of role, keep reading.

We're looking for a motivated Espresso Machine Technician & Warehouse Operations Assistant to join our team.

This is primarily a technical, hands-on workshop role where you'll learn to test, upgrade, commission, troubleshoot and prepare commercial espresso machines before they're installed in cafés throughout Australia. Warehousing and logistics activities form part of the role, but your main focus will be ensuring our equipment leaves the workshop operating at the highest standard.

Your Mission

Every machine that leaves our facility represents our reputation.

Your role will focus on:

☕ Testing and commissioning commercial espresso machines

🔧 Installing technical upgrades, modifications and enhancements

🛠 Diagnosing faults and assisting with repairs

⚙️ Following detailed testing procedures to ensure machines meet performance standards

📚 Learning the operation and functionality of a range of premium commercial espresso equipment

🤝 Providing technical support and advice when required

Supporting responsibilities include:

📦 Picking, packing and dispatching machines and spare parts

🚚 Receiving incoming goods and coordinating freight

📋 Maintaining stock control and warehouse organisation

🚗 Occasionally assisting with deliveries, installations and service work

No two days are the same, and every day is an opportunity to build valuable technical skills.

Who We're Looking For

Experience with espresso machines is not essential. We can teach that.

What matters is that you are:

  • Mechanically minded
  • Comfortable using hand tools
  • Curious about how equipment works
  • Reliable, organised and detail-oriented
  • Someone who takes pride in quality workmanship
  • A strong communicator
  • Customer focused
  • Willing to learn technical skills and follow processes
  • A team player who enjoys helping others
  • Hard-working and able to achieve five days’ productivity in four

A current Australian driver's licence is required.

Forklift and First Aid qualifications are advantageous but not essential.

Full technical training will be provided to the right person.

You'll Fit Right In If...

  • You enjoy fixing, building or upgrading things.
  • You're interested in machinery, electronics, engineering or technical equipment.
  • You've worked in warehousing but want to develop a technical trade-style skillset.
  • You enjoy problem-solving and troubleshooting.
  • You like working with precision and attention to detail.
  • You take pride in doing things properly the first time.

Attention to Detail Challenge

We're looking for people who are genuinely interested in what we do and our business.

Before applying, spend five minutes exploring our website and social media.

In the first paragraph of your application, tell us what year the family business started and which model of espresso machine we supply interests you most and why.

Why Join Us?

Because this isn't a typical warehouse job.

You'll work with premium commercial espresso equipment, develop specialist technical skills, receive hands-on training from industry professionals, and become part of a business that helps cafés deliver exceptional coffee every day.

Ready to get started?

Send us your resume.

Great coffee starts long before the first shot is poured.

Other offers great for you!
