Estate Admin & ESH Officer

Job Summary
We are looking for an Estate Operations Officer to support the day-to-day operations of an industrial estate by ensuring business continuity, operational efficiency, and compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements. This role oversees estate administration, ESH compliance, documentation, and coordination with locators, contractors, and government agencies to maintain a safe and well-managed estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily estate operations and provide operational support to the Estate Operations Manager.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and operational regulations, including DENR, LLDA, PEZA, and internal policies.
• Serve as the designated Pollution Control Officer (PCO) and lead ESH monitoring, inspections, reporting, and compliance activities.
• Coordinate with locators, contractors, service providers, and regulatory agencies.
• Prepare and manage operational documentation, reports, PRs/POs, and SAP transactions.
• Support business continuity initiatives, emergency preparedness, audits, and safety inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety Management, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in estate, facilities, property, or industrial park operations, environmental compliance, or safety management.
• Must be a DENR-accredited Pollution Control Officer (PCO) with a valid accreditation.
• DOLE-accredited Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) certification is required.
• Experience working with regulatory agencies such as DENR, PEZA, or LLDA is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, safety management, compliance reporting, and operational coordination.
