Core Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Client Management: Prospect for new business, build a client database, and nurture relationships to convert leads into sales.
• Listing & Marketing: List properties, create marketing materials, arrange advertising, and host open houses to attract buyers.
• Property Showings & Consultations: Meet with clients to understand their needs, provide property evaluations, and conduct property tours.
• Negotiation & Closing: Present offers, negotiate terms between buyers and sellers, and guide clients through the legal/closing process.
• Market Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, property values, and zoning regulations.

Key Qualifications & Skills

• Licensing: Active real estate license as required by state/regional regulations.
• Sales & Negotiation: Proven track record of closing sales and achieving targets.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for client interaction and contract negotiation.
• Organization: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MLS systems and CRM software.
