An exciting opportunity to lead the re-launch of Balmer & Co’s Tyldesley office.
As we prepare to re-launch our Tyldesley branch in January 2027, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Branch Manager to lead the office and drive its continued growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated estate agent with a strong background in residential sales, excellent local market knowledge and the ability to generate new business, win instructions and lead from the front.
You’ll be joining an established independent estate agency with a strong presence across the local area, but with the opportunity to make the Tyldesley branch very much your own.

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
