What they need
We are an established oil palm plantation company and are seeking suitably qualified, dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join us as :
ESTATE ASSISTANT MANAGER
► Diploma or Degree in Agriculture or related field of studies
► At least 5 years of working experience in oil palm plantation
► Candidates who currently work as Estate Assistant Managers are encouraged to apply.
► Those possess replanting and jungle clearing experience would be an
added advantage.
► Good management, leadership, interpersonal and communications skills
► Able to work independently and self initiator
► Computer literate, some accounting knowledge is preferred
► Willing to travel on outstation assignments
