ESTATE DEVELOPER/TOWN PLANNER

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Estate Developer/Town Planner to oversee the planning, development, and management of real estate projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of land use planning, property development, urban design, feasibility studies, and regulatory requirements.

Job Description

• Develop and implement plans for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects.
• Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and development appraisals.
• Prepare and review site layouts, master plans, and land-use proposals.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, surveyors, contractors, and other professionals.
• Liaise with government agencies and regulatory authorities to obtain necessary approvals and permits.
• Ensure projects comply with approved town-planning regulations, building codes, and environmental requirements.
• Conduct market research to identify viable property development opportunities.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and development standards.
• Review land acquisition opportunities and assess their development potential.
• Manage relationships with investors, property owners, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Provide professional advice on land use, zoning, property development, and urban planning.
• Identify potential development risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare development reports, proposals, planning documents, and presentations.

Pay: ₦150,000.00 per month
