Estate Engineer

I. ADMINISTRATION FUNCTION

• Monitor/control personnel and security Daily Time Record’s & overtime request

• Approves personnel request for leave

• Impose functions on personnel absences/tiredness

• Screen newly hire personnel/guards

• Facilitate request on additional manpower/renewal of contract at the project site

• Monitor/control material requisition

• Prepares productivity analysis for maintenance operation/house crew/security troops

• Monitor homeowners dues/water billing

• Hold regular meeting with the maintenance/house crew/security troops

• Prepares monthly/weekly report

• Sets security policies for control

• Prepares/recommends personal salary adjustment

• Prepares yearly budget

II. OPERATION FUNCTION

• Supervises the operation, maintenance, and cleanliness

• Supervises the assigned personnel at his area of responsibility to ensure systematic and orderly

reading and recording of water meter registers of each household

• Anticipate problems in his area and submit recommendations to the management.

• Supervises the implementation of policies, measures and actions that are deemed appropriate

for his area of responsibility

• Supervises the maintenance of tools and equipment assigned to the section

• Inspect and recommend refund of construction bonds

• Assist homeowners complain

• Evaluate and recommends project repair works and maintenance

• Remit facilities income to treasury Department

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any engineering program; With or Without License
• Preferably with at least one to two years property management experience
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Knowledgeable of construction plans, specifications and estimate preparation, review processing and compliance requirements for construction projects
