Estate Management Associate

• Exciting new opportunity with a growing residential developer.
• 3 days on-site and 2 days from home
• Must have 2+ years of property management experience and knowledge of OMC/EOMC structures.

Background

You will manage relationships with OMCs, E/OMCs and managing agents, supporting the handover and ongoing management of residential developments. Working with internal teams, you will help ensure developments are well managed and deliver a strong customer experience.

Package details

• Base salary up to €65,000
• Hybrid working model (3 days onsite and 2 days wfh)

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of OMCs/EOMCs and residential developments.
• Support budgets, service charges and financial reporting.
• Handle day-to-day OMC/EOMC queries and issues.
• Build relationships with managing agents, company secretaries, local authorities and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate managing agent onboarding and attend site handovers.
• Attend board meetings, AGMs, EGMs and site inspections.
• Meet regularly with managing agents to review development performance.

Key skills required

• 2+ years’ experience in property or estate management.
• Full clean drivers license and access to a car
