About the role
Responsible for all plantation activities such as harvesting, maintenance, upkeep, transportation and infrastructure. The role involves implementing and maintaining good agricultural practices (GAP) according to the Company's policies and procedures, ensuring all plantation activities are in accordance with the work plan and budget that have been established and are in accordance with the strategic plan of the company.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all plantation activities such as harvesting, maintenance, upkeep, transportation and infrastructure
- Implement and maintain good agricultural practices (GAP) according to the Company's policies and procedures
- Ensure all plantation activities are in accordance with the work plan and budget that have been established
- Develop and implement plantation strategies to achieve production targets
- Ensure compliance in all operations and activities within the Estate according to the practice and guidelines provided by the Company
- Prepare regular communication and reports to head office
