About the role
Lead overall estate operations to achieve production, quality, and efficiency targets.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure implementation of all agronomy activities (maintenance of immature/mature plants, fertilisation, pest and disease management) and daily harvest operations, ensuring quality and quantity of fresh fruit bunch production
- Ensure implementation of standard operating procedures, occupational health and safety, sustainability standards (ISPO/RSPO), and labour regulations
- Manage estate infrastructure including roads, bridges, housing, and workshop facilities
- Manage workforce including planning, development of supervisors and assistants, and enforcement of discipline, and ensure employee productivity
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to General Manager and handle social issues and external relations in the operational area
