Miller & Stevens Law is a well-established, full-service law firm serving Forest Lake and the surrounding communities for more than 25 years. We are seeking an experienced, motivated Estate Planning Attorney to join our growing practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys building long-term client relationships and helping individuals and families plan for the future.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to assess their estate planning goals and provide practical legal advice.
• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, and related estate planning documents.
• Assist clients with trust administration and probate matters.
• Review and update existing estate plans as clients' circumstances change.
• Maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication and service.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota.
• Two or more years of estate planning experience preferred.
• Experience with probate is a plus.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and client communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently.
• Commitment to providing outstanding client service and maintaining the highest ethical standards.
