Position Overview

Legal Search Solutions is conducting a confidential search for a Probate & Estate Planning Attorney with a minimum of three years of relevant experience and an LL.M. in Taxation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning, probate administration, and tax-related estate matters, with the ability to independently manage client relationships and complex legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
• Handle probate and trust administration matters, including court filings, estate distributions, and fiduciary responsibilities.
• Advise clients on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax considerations.
• Develop tax-efficient estate planning strategies for individuals and families.
• Counsel personal representatives, trustees, and beneficiaries regarding estate and trust matters.
• Collaborate with accountants, financial advisors, and other professionals on sophisticated estate planning strategies.
• Manage matters independently while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• LL.M. in Taxation required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in probate, estate planning, or trusts and estates.
• Strong drafting, research, analytical, and client counseling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Florida Bar membership preferred, subject to confirmation.
