Salary: $190,000 - $225,000 per year

Job Details We're looking for an estate planning attorney to join our Philadelphia office and handle sophisticated wealth transfer and tax planning for high net worth individuals and families. Day-to-day, this means drafting complex trust instruments, advising on estate and gift tax exposure, structuring business succession plans, and working directly with clients whose estates are above the federal exemption threshold — often well above.

You must have:

• JD from an accredited law school; active Pennsylvania bar admission (or eligibility to waive in)
• 7+ years of experience in estate planning and trust law
• Demonstrated experience with taxable estates — clients with $30M+ in assets or equivalent complexity
• Working knowledge of federal estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax
• Experience drafting irrevocable trusts, spousal lifetime access trusts, dynasty trusts, GRATs, or similar instruments
• Strong client communication skills — you'll be talking to sophisticated, high-expectation clients directly

Nice to have: LLM in Taxation, ACTEC membership or candidacy, experience with international estate planning or cross-border issues, business succession planning experience for family-owned enterprises.
