We are seeking an experienced Esthetician to join our growing team in Maryland. This is an excellent opportunity for a skincare professional who is committed to delivering results-driven treatments, building a loyal clientele, and providing an elevated guest experience.

What You’ll Do

• Perform customized skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, and other advanced esthetic services
• Conduct thorough consultations and skin analyses to develop personalized treatment plans
• Educate clients on skincare products, treatments, and home care routines
• Recommend professional retail products to support client goals and treatment outcomes
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up care
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and sanitation standards according to Maryland state regulations
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and continuing education opportunities
• Collaborate with the salon team to create a seamless and luxurious guest experience

What We’re Looking For

• Current Maryland Esthetician License
• 2+ years of professional esthetics experience preferred
• Experience performing advanced skincare treatments and services
• Strong consultation, communication, and client retention skills
• Passion for skincare, wellness, and helping clients achieve their goals
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Motivation to grow both personally and professionally
