Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and dermal fillers to address individual client needs.
• Conduct laser hair removal and esthetic laser treatments with precision and safety, adhering to all sanitation procedures.
• Provide waxing services such as body waxing and hair threading to ensure smooth, flawless results.
• Offer eyelash extensions, tinting services, makeup application, and other aesthetic treatments to enhance clients’ natural beauty.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to maximize results.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards throughout all procedures to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance.
• Utilize salon management software like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records, and sales tracking.

Requirements

• Valid state licensure as an Esthetician or Cosmetologist with certification in skincare treatments.
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong background in facials, waxing, laser treatments, and other aesthetic services.
• Knowledge of advanced procedures such as botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser hair removal is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with salon software systems like MINDBODY for booking and client management.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
• Strong understanding of sanitation procedures and safety protocols across all aesthetic treatments.
• Ability to perform multiple services including eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and barbering if applicable.

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
