Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Esthetician to join our dynamic beauty team! Duties

• Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and dermal fillers to improve skin health and appearance
• Provide hair removal services such as waxing (body waxing), threading (hair threading), laser hair removal, and other esthetic laser treatments
• Administer advanced aesthetic procedures like botulinum toxin treatments, eyelash extensions, eyelash tinting, lash lifts, and makeup application
• Conduct client consultations to assess skin conditions, recommend suitable treatments, and develop personalized skincare plans
• Maintain strict sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
• Utilize salon software systems like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records management, and sales transactions
• Promote retail sales of skincare products and aesthetic treatments to enhance client results and satisfaction

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state or local regulations
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and dermal fillers
• Knowledge of laser hair removal, laser skin treatments, microdermabrasion, and other advanced aesthetic procedures
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
• Familiarity with salon software systems like MINDBODY for scheduling and sales management
• Ability to perform sanitation procedures meticulously to ensure safety standards are met
• Experience with waxing services (body waxing), eyelash extensions, tinting services, makeup application, nail care, barbering or related beauty services is a plus

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
