In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare treatments, including facials, waxing, and specialized services such as eyelash extensions. Duties

• MUST KNOW THREADING
• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, waxing, and eyelash extensions with precision and care
• Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable skincare routines and products
• Assist clients at the front desk by scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and managing client records
• Promote retail sales by educating clients on skincare products and upselling additional services to enhance their experience
• Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment area in compliance with health and safety standards
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and attentive service
• Support team efforts by participating in promotional events and staying updated on the latest skincare trends and techniques

Requirements

• Valid Esthetician license or certification as required by state law
• Experience with eyelash extensions is highly preferred; certification is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Proven ability to upsell retail products and promote services confidently
• Excellent organizational skills to manage appointments and client records efficiently
• Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Prior experience at the front desk or in retail sales is advantageous but not mandatory

Pay: $18.00 per hour
