Licensed Esthetician – Facials & LED SkincareJob Overview

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and professional Licensed Esthetician to join our growing skincare business in the Green Bay area.

This is a great opportunity for a newly licensed esthetician or someone early in their career who is passionate about skincare, client care, and helping people feel confident in their appearance.

Training will be provided for our treatment protocols and LED red light equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial treatments based on each client’s skincare needs.
• Provide facial cleansing, masks, creams, and LED red light treatments.
• Explain treatments and skincare products clearly to clients.
• Recommend appropriate skincare products and treatment plans.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment room.
• Prepare the room before appointments and clean equipment after each treatment.
• Create a relaxing, welcoming, and professional client experience.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, client follow-ups, and basic sales processing.
• Promote skincare products and future treatments when appropriate.

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin Aesthetician or Cosmetology License.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional, dependable, and punctual.
• Passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness.
• Comfortable recommending and selling skincare products.
• Willingness to learn our facial and LED treatment protocols.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• Newly licensed estheticians are encouraged to apply.

Compensation

• Starting at $16-$20 per hour.
• 100% of client tips.
• Product sales commission.
• Training provided.
• Opportunity for increased hours and pay based on performance and business growth.

Schedule

Part-time / Full-time position with the opportunity to grow. Some evening or weekend availability may be required.
