Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, waxing and eyelash extensions to meet individual client needs.
• Conduct esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, and skin resurfacing procedures following proper safety and sanitation procedures.
• Provide waxing services such as body waxing and hair threading with precision and professionalism.
• Offer tinting services for eyebrows and eyelashes to enhance natural beauty.
• Engage with clients through effective communication to understand their goals and recommend suitable aesthetic treatments or skincare products.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards and adhere to all health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Drive retail sales by recommending skincare products that align with clients’ needs, boosting overall client satisfaction and revenue.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state law.
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in skincare, waxing, laser treatments, makeup application, nail care, and other aesthetic services.
• Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, techniques like chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and laser procedures.
• Familiarity with salon management software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe treatment environment.
• Ability to perform multiple aesthetic treatments confidently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience working with advanced aesthetic technologies like laser hair removal or dermal fillers is a plus.
